The core of MixedBlood Entertainment (MBE) consists of two distinct features: Business Services, and Theatrical Dance.

Addressing the need for sincere, supportive, progressive business operations, we provide accounting/bookkeeping, administration, events and project management services for the independent artist, small business and non-profit cultural organization who require assistance to set-up, develop, implement, restructure, manage and sustain their financial, administrative and various business needs. From reception to fundraising and more - no task is considered too small or great - every aspect of a business is fundamental to the increased efficiency and quality of the individuals and/or companies we work with.

Recognizing the significant artistic contributions by Africans and those living in the Diaspora, the company continually researches the original Afro-centric dances and music that emerged during the late 1400's through the 1940's and introduces them to the greater community. These dances and the music that inspired them, that came from Africa to Europe, the Caribbean and the Americas, are historically linked to contemporary movement and sound. Through our dance lessons, workshops, performances, presentations, and partnerships with other artists and historians, we strive to reveal historical fact to preserve Black heritage that helps to build a solid positive cultural foundation within Canada and internationally.
